The KSCA is located in the old Catlin Hall that is leased from the city of Kelso. Built in 1939, the structure is largely unchanged. We cleaned up the main hall and library and added a modern kitchen in 2010.

The Kelso Senior Center Association is managed by a 15-member Board of Directors that meets at 9:30 am on the 2nd Thursday of each month. These meetings are open to all who are interested.
